A small leak never stays small. We find the real source - not just where the water shows up - and fix it properly the first time.
Water rarely drips straight down. It travels along rafters and decking, so the stain on your ceiling can be ten feet from the actual hole. That's why patching where the stain is usually fails - and why we trace every leak to its source in the attic before we quote the fix.
After hail or high wind, you have a limited window to file a claim. We inspect and photograph the damage, write up exactly what the storm did, and meet your insurance adjuster on the roof so the claim reflects reality. You get the repair your policy actually owes you - we don't inflate, and we don't let things get missed.
Active leaks jump the queue. In most cases we can tarp or stop the water within a day, then schedule the permanent repair.
Often, yes. If the roof has years left in it, a proper repair is a fraction of replacement cost. If it doesn't, we'll show you why and let you decide.
Every repair comes with the same written workmanship warranty as our full roofs.
